Please contact us via our contact form or on 0121 789 9991 with your problem and model number to book your repair. You can post us the laptop or drop it into our repair centre in Birmingham (address opposite). If you are unable to drop it in or get to the post office we can arrange to have your item collected and delivery back to you when it has been repaired (please call for more details).

We aim to assess your laptop within 24 hours and complete all repairs within 24-72 hours of estimate acceptance. We understand how important your laptop is and how crucial it is to receive your product back as soon as possible.

There is an inspection fee of £30, which will be deducted from the final invoice if you proceed with the repair.
