With the digital switch over going on throughout the country and scheduled for completion in 2012; we have become acutely aware of the problems and dilemmas that have been facing our customers. We decided to offer a free call out service for this arm of the company; we made this decision so we could ensure our customers received free, impartial advice. This also ensures that any customers not needing aerial assistance won't get caught out by those companies trying to make money unnecessarily from the changes that are ongoing at present.
